On behalf of the management and employees of Hyundai Motor worldwide, I  take this opportunity to extend my sincerest appreciation to you for your interest and support.

Hyundai Motor has been working continuously to bring happiness to mankind through our automobiles and the launch of our CSR website reflects our vision to spread greater hope around the world.

 We have steadily expanded investment in manufacturing plants around the world, created new jobs and boosted economic development in many countries while contributing to regional development as well as social activities as a corporate citizen.  

As an automotive manufacturer we recognize our responsibility to address global warming and other environmental issues. And we are doing our utmost to create a sustainable world through environmentally-friendly automobiles.

As a global corporation, Hyundai Motor is taking on social responsibilities by being actively involved in a variety of projects around the world.

At home, in Korea, we are doing everything in our power to expand traffic safety.  Programs and campaigns such as “The Three Leaf Clover Program” for children who have been involved in a car accident and “Traffic Safety for Children” are currently in progress.

Abroad, we are developing non-profit organizations primarily for children and youth who are our hope for the future: Hope on Wheels a non-profit organization for children with cancer in the USA, scholarship programs and study materials for elementary school children in China, Hyundai Torches, a scholarship program in Turkey, and an investment program for middle school students in South Africa.  

Hyundai Motor plans to provide substantial assistance for regional development through region specific public contribution programs.
