HMC operates Hope Engine School that provides various educational and cultural programs for students of small schools in rural areas.
The program provides online learning programs (at
www.ilovehk.co.kr, accessible through student's personal ID) rich and diverse in contents so that children in the rural areas can enjoy the same learning experience as children in urban areas.
The program also provides various learning materials and equipment for certain schools in order to increase the accessibility of rural students to quality education and learning.



The program also provides various cultural benefits by encouraging extracurricular activities in each rural school so that children can learn more than textbook materials, while building lasting friendships.
The program provides funds for such extracurricular clubs such as Samulnori Club, and Photography Club, Chinese Characters Club, Reading and Writing Club, to ensure continuous operation. As part of the Cultural Camp, the program also invites children to Seoul to experience various environments. The two-day,three-night camp leads children on a tour around Aquariums, amusement parks, broadcasting stations, and HMC headquarters in order to increase understanding between rural students and the company. Children are also invited to take a field trip around the HMC production facility.



'Hope Box' is a program that helps the wishes of children at rural schools come true. Children share their excitement and joy at having their hopes achieved.
The program also operates a toll-free number (1644-6233) that helps to solve concerns of and concerns of children at rural schools on a year-round basis.
