Together with the Citizens Organization for Safe Life , 'Traffic Safety Class for Children' is conducting various programs, including issuing and distributing guides and other learning materials for traffic safety education, operating traffic safety classes, broadcasting safety programs (EBS, TBS), distributing traffic safety pamphlets, creating an on-line safety school, holding Traffic Safety Fairs and providing a learning ground for traffic safety.
In 2007, HMC also became an official sponsor of 'Nono's Story', a children's musical on traffic safety, and is planning to help the actors perform the musical more than 176 times in 11 cities across Korea, delivering easy and fun traffic safety education to more than 70,000 parents and children. HMC has Provided the musical team a large bus the company donated to the Korean Children's Safety Foundation, and is planning to provide goody bags of stickers and school supplies to all children who attend the musical from May to December.
