As part of the company's efforts to provide continuous education and useful information for employees and their families, HMC opened Cyber College for Employees' Spouses in January, 2004. The school provides 8 professional classes, 31 general classes and 13 open classes in the areas of women's studies, liberal arts, literature, employment and entrepreneurship, hobbies, personal financial technologies, computers, Mom School and so forth.

Since 2000, HMC has provided a free summer · winter English Camp for middle school children of its employees. The camp offers these children with a higher level of English education and affords employees the opportunity to cut down on extra-curricular expenditures as rising educational related expenses have become a big burden on the Korean family budget. The number of applicants has progressively increased since the inception of this program.
Led by specialized foreign instructors, students are required to undergo testing for class placement with a limitation of 13 students per class in order to maximum the learning experience. Children are kept
interested with a variety of general reading, writing and listening sessions not to mention pop-song singing, English newspaper making, and English letter writing classes etc.
